We need your support to set up for our Adopt-A-Family Event!
Tasks for December 4th and 5th Adopt a Family Set Up:
Loading items from the warehouse (around the corner) to set up at the church.
Set up distribution area with tables, signage, and any necessary equipment.
Prepare any additional packaging materials needed (gift bags, tissue paper, etc.) at wrapping station
Label and stage gifts by family for our "Toy Store"
Set up stations (e.g. gift wrapping, refreshments, etc.
Organize Makeup and create Gift bags
