We are excited to kick off planning for the Fall in Love with Giving Gala 2025, our biggest fundraising event of the year! This gala plays a critical role in funding H.E.L.P.’s programs, and with more support, we can make an even greater impact in our community.
We are inviting past committee members to return for another year and welcoming new members interested in learning more. This year, we’re getting ahead of the game by securing sponsors, donors, and restaurant partners before their giving funds run out.
To make this a success, we’ll have monthly strategy calls in April, May, and June, shifting to bi-weekly meetings starting in July as we ramp up efforts through September.
How You Can Help:
- Secure high-value live and silent auction items to bring in top dollar
- Solicit corporate sponsorships to fund our mission
- Connect with restaurants, florists, event vendors, and photographers for donations
- Help with event set-up, logistics, and guest experience
- Recruit a celebrity guest to co-host our Bees Knees VIP Happy Hour before the gala

This is a casual, no-pressure opportunity to meet the team, learn about the committee, and see if it’s something you’d like to be a part of.
